Remember when you used to get joy from doodling? From messing around in the kitchen? Making something crafty? Writing something unique to you?
Maybe you’re one of the lucky ones who knows what creative outlet works for you, and find it easy to get lost in it, rejuvenating your spirit as you do so.
Chances are, your days are full of obligations; some you want, others you tolerate. And, it may well be the case that over the years of building careers, growing families and living on social media, you have begun to think that you’re just not creative.
Yet, you know that expressing your creativity can make you feel good. It can give you calm, energy and greater connection to others around you. So, how do we create the space for it?
In our next Mini Buzz, we’ll explore this idea with Kim Sales, a former marketing leader who left behind her 30 year career to pursue an entirely new path in art. Kim now is an intuitive artist and creative coach.
Kim will share her personal journey, her advice on how we can recapture the creative spirit within us and will lead us in a no-pressure exercise to jumpstart our creativity.
